The Garry Marshall Theatre is an intimate 130-seat theatre named after Hollywood legend and founder of the Falcon Theatre (est. 1997) and is located across from California’s historic landmark Bob’s Big Boy restaurant where the city of Burbank meets Toluca Lake, conveniently accessed from 134 and 101 freeways.

$25 tickets for students and members of Actors Equity Association will be available at half-hour before the performance, if seats are available. All you need is a valid ID and your current Equity Card or Student ID. Only available at the Box Office.
PROCESSING & HANDLING FEES
There's a $5 per ticket fee for all purchases, by phone, at the Box Office or online.
Due to the nature of live theatre, all artists, show titles, and dates are subject to change. All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable with the exception of cancelled events. Handling fees are always non-refundable.
Until 72 hours prior to your performance, Season Tickets may be exchanged for a different performance date of the same title. Single ticket exchanges are subject to a $5 per ticket exchange fee and can be made online, by phone or in person. Seating is subject to availability. Please note that changing into a different seating section or different pricing tier may require an additional charge. Late exchanges within 72 hours of a performance are subject to a $15 per ticket late exchange fee. Late exchanges are available until 9am of performance date.
On-site paid self-parking is available in one of our three designated parking lots – the Rose St. Lot, Evergreen Lot and Alley Lot.
Parking is for Season Ticket Holders is $6 through the Box Office prior to the day of performance.
$8 General Parking is available online or CASH ONLY on sight.
Limited parking for ADA guests (with current placard) is available in the Rose Street Lot.
All parking is subject to availability.
Parking is available 2 hours before curtain and all lots are locked one half hour after the performance. Please do not leave valuables in your vehicles.
Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of house management. Opportunities for late seating and seat location may be limited by the nature of the performance. Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to performance.
CHILDREN & INFANTS
Most performances are suitable for age 13 and up. Please inquire when purchasing your tickets about the age appropriateness of specific events. We invite you to also enjoy our marshallARTS family programming for young children and families.
With the exception of service animals, no animals are permitted in the facility.
In consideration of fellow ticket holders and our artists, please refrain from the use of any and all electronic devices for the duration of the performance. Management reserves the right to refuse admission. Disruptive patrons will be asked to leave the theatre.
