Originally from Boston, Ted has lived in LA since the Thomas Guide days. He has been performing improv for close to 600 years, including at Vassar College, Upright Citizens Brigade, and pops up at The Groundlings as a Sunday Company Alum from time to time. Ted also likes to be on your TV, including over one hundred national commercials. Currently you might see him standing up on a billboard for homes.com, and if you watched football, he was part of the “Lowes Home Team” with Scott Hanson. If you get tired of his face (understandable), you can hear just his voice in a big animated guest star role on an episode of Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles on Paramount+. He lives in Mt. Washington with his wife, two kids, and a dog.

Eric Paul Carthen is from Highland, CA, and is an Actor, Improvisor, and Storyteller. A Graduate from California Lutheran University with a BS in Criminal Justice. You can find Eric on TV in a few national commercials (Benjamin Moore, Walmart), ACI ensemble with Company of Angels, and listen to his voice talents in Sonder: The Improvised Podcasts, available on all platforms. He has performed improv and sketch at Impro Theatre and Second City Hollywood. Through all the plays, short films, shows, and auditions; progress and the enjoyment of the work is what gets him through. Life Motto: “Live and be a blessing unto someone else.”

Kari Coleman is a founding member of IMPRO Theatre. Her notable film roles include Helen Stacy in The Amazing Spider-Man franchise, while her television career spans series like The Good Doctor, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, The Rookie, S.W.A.T., Netflix's Zach Stone is Gonna be Famous alongside Bo Burnham, and characters such as George's girlfriend Allison in Seinfeld and the embittered sex-ed teacher Mrs. Hauser in Veronica Mars. She has performed and taught improv across the country and abroad, most recently in Melbourne, Australia. She was also a fire-eater with Penn & Teller in Vegas and co-wrote an Amazon best-selling book Through the Screen, a guide to killing it on zoom.
Dan O’Connor
Dan is the founder of Impro Theatre. He has taught and performed narrative improvisation from Auckland to Dubai. He is an actor, writer, and director. He has co-authored two books on using improvisation to connect more with yourself and others: Ensemble! and Life Unscripted.

Leanna Dindal

Leanna Dindal is a writer, performer, and musical theater choreographer from LA. She began improv training in 2008, graduated from The Second City Conservatory, and has studied with Impro Theatre for over ten years. She is a member of Impro Theatre's Ensemble and is currently serving on the Artistic Director team. Leanna has taught hip hop classes to children throughout the LA area. She choreographed theTRIBE’s productions of Hair and Cabaret in San Francisco, as well as numerous Second City shows. She writes professionally for television animation (Rapunzel’s Tangled Adventure, The Wonderful World of Mickey Mouse, Iron Man and His Awesome Friends).

Stephen began his career in 1987 with Bay Area Theatresports in San Francisco, where he was a company member for 14 years. He was a founding member of Improv Theater and True Fiction Magazine and was a founder of San Francisco’s esteemed trio, 3 FOR ALL, for 27 years. As a member of Impro Theatre, Stephen was nominated for an Ovation Award, Best Featured Actor in a Play, for his work in The Western UnScripted. Stephen is the co-creator of "Simlish" and was the principal male voice of The Sims, Sims 2 and Sims Medieval. He created the Martian languages for Disney’s Mars Needs Moms and Supergirl. He is featured in the DreamWorks Animation films Kung Fu Panda 1,2 & 3, Madagascar 2 & 3, Monsters Vs. Aliens, Megamind, The Penguins of Madagascar and Home. Stephen portrays the role of Sergeant Geller on Amazon Prime’s hit show, WAYNE and appears in season 3 of The Mandalorian. He can be heard as the character of Mel Irwin in the new podcast Madam Ram. He has performed his solo show Memoiry Lane to sold-out houses in San Francisco and Los Angeles and you can hear his memoir style stories, on Memoiry Lane, at Substack.com. Stephen has served as a visiting instructor and advisor with Disney, DreamWorks, Laika, Paramount & Netflix Animation, as well as Stanford University, USC, The US Olympic Ski Team and has trained the artists of Cirque Du Soleil.

Amy Kidd
Amy Kidd is happy to be back performing with Impro Theatre, having previously appeared in Chekhov Unscripted and Tennessee Williams Unscripted. A native of Los Angeles and graduate of UCLA, Amy is an alum of the Groundlings Sunday Company and half of the comedy duo Clifford & Kidd, with Carrie Clifford.
Nick Massouh

Nick Massouh is a founding member of Impro Theatre and former School Director. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a BFA degree in acting and is currently an Adjunct Lecturer at USC teaching improv and acting. Nick has worked professionally in TV and film for the past 20 years with credits that include Lioness, 911: Lonestar, Lucifer, Designated Survivor, Ray Donavan, The Conjuring 3 and will be recurring on the upcoming season of For All Mankind. Nick has performed on stage at theaters including The Mark Taper Forum, South Coast Rep, and The Broad Stage. Nick is grateful to return to the Garry Marshall Theatre to work with such a wonderful organization and staff and to perform one of his favorite shows, Jane Austen Unscripted.
Edi Patterson
Edi plays Judy Gemstone and is a writer for the HBO series The Righteous Gemstones, soon to be filming its 4th season. Other credits include Resident Alien, Knuckles, Violent Night, Vice Principals, and Knives Out. She’s also the voice of Megan in the upcoming Netflix animated feature Thelma the Unicorn. Edi is an alum of the Main Company of The Groundlings comedy theatre in Los Angeles, and a member of the ensemble of Impro Theatre.
Mike Rock
Mike Rock has been acting and improvising professionally for over 30 years and is currently Producing Artistic Director, Director of School and Studio, Faculty and a director at Impro Theatre L.A. where he created and hosted over 80 episodes of the podcast Impro Talk. With Impro he has performed completely improvised plays at The Garry Marshall Theatre, The Broad Stage, The Pasadena Playhouse, North Coast Rep, UC Irvine and more.
An actor, director, producer, improviser, v/o narrator and teaching artist, Mike's TV credits include This Is Us, Black-ish, The Goldbergs, Modern Family, After Lately, The Mentalist, Monk, Conan O’Brien, Law & Order, Celebrity Deathmatch, Guiding Light. and two comedy specials he co-created for Comedy Central. He’s been the voice of several TV shows including: NFL Replay, NFL Sound FX, Chelsea Lately on E!, Property Ladder on TLC and Car Kings on Discovery Network. He’s been a voice on KCRW FM and Eclectic 24 in L.A. and had two long-running shows at WORT FM in Madison, WI.
He was artistic director, producer and a co-founder of Madison WI Theatresports, founder, artistic director, producer of ComedySportz NYC. He co-created, produced, wrote & performed sketch comedy with The Bert Fershners in NYC, L.A. Just For Laughs Montreal, Edinburgh, Aspen, Austin and on MTV, VH-1 & Comedy Central TV. He was on the improv faculty at The Nerdist School L.A. and has presented improv workshops for hundreds of high schools and colleges as well as team-building events at companies including: General Electric, Reebok, Trek Bicycle Co and The American Girl Doll Co.

Originally from London, Paul worked with all of the UK’s major improv groups, including the Comedy Store Players and with Eddie Izzard and Friends. For Impro Theatre he co-directs and perform in Jane Austen UnScripted, and also performs in its other genres. TV includes American Horror Story, Marvel Agents of Shield, The Orville, Grace and Frankie, Superstore, Casual, Castle, Timeless, KC Undercover, I Didn't Do It, Anger Management, Legit, My Name is Earl, Big Love, Cougartown, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Sleeper Cell, Cory in the House. Film includes Miss March, Thunderpants, and A Knight in Camelot. Theatre includes George in Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf, the Emcee in Cabaret, and Malvolio in Twelfth Night. He also has many BBC radio comedy credits. As a stand-up comedian, Paul has played the Improv in Hollywood, and hundreds of live, TV and radio gigs. He also teaches comedy acting and improvisation at Pepperdine University.
